FRED's Freaky Facility is a game that Unknown2559 was working on in his spare time, it has a level select function, a save system, a (somewhat)freeroam mode and some Extra Content

my friend, "company" founder Rook (Playtesting, some modelling and some ideas an giving me the inspiration to do this in the first place)


Main story

You play as Leon, a man kidnapped by the mysterious force of FRED (Freely (operating) Reputably Extreme (tool of) Destruction), and need to escape, as you have a life to live and grass to touch

There are 2 endings, one ending has a lore connection to another in development game by RBC, the other, leads into the Story Continuation

Story Continuation

3 Years after the events of the Main Story, Leon (blah blah blah all this part is in the second level of the Story Continuation if you wanna read it) and with a surprise new tool that helped him later(/earlier depending on how you look at it) and [spoiler] FRED

RBCHD

RookiBoio's Home Defense (Simulator),an Extra Content bonus game mode in which you can fight a (singular) horde with all the good weapons in the game, intended to just be bit of post-game fun, might become it's own game later, might not

Freeroam

The Freeroam mode is a 1 quarter clicker game, half arena shooter, 1 quarter freely able to roam around an open space

RBCHD levels are entirely my assets, excluding the ground, that is a "Cube" prefab that I scaled and retextured, as well as the ground in the outside area in Freeroam

Specific Credits (minor spoilers kinda maybe I guess?)

  • Levels by: Me(unknown2559), but the models placed together to make said levels are Unity FPS Microgame Assets, however, the yellow floored rooms which are/is the jetpack tutorial room aremy orignal assets, and the buildings in the first RBCHD level are also original assets
  • Enemies by: Unity FPS Microgame assets (i made FRED, and the humanoid robot, and the dude with the floating hands)
  • almost every script by: Unity FPS Microgame assets
  • Weapons models by: Me (Unknown2559) (excluding the Launcher, that is a Unity FPS Microgame asset, and the Anti-FRED cannon is by Rook)
